CNFans Spreadsheet help: sending each problem to the right desk
Need help with an order? First decide whose problem it is. A wrong item, a damaged parcel and a misleading listing go to different people, and sending a question to the wrong one wastes days. This page sorts the common problems, then answers the questions people new to agent buying ask most.
Home / Help
Which problem goes to whom
For an order, start with the agent using the order number: payments, wrong items, warehouse photos, packing and the shipping service you purchased. The agent can contact the seller and its shipping partner. A local carrier may also help with a delivery attempt or collection; ask the agent who must file a formal claim under the selected service.
A problem with a listing itself, such as an option menu that does not match the photos or a seller who will not ship, is the seller's, but you raise it through the agent, because you are not the seller's customer. Import charges and customs holds belong to your country's customs authority and the delivering carrier.
Problems with this site are ours: a dead catalogue link, a card on the wrong aisle in our pages, a fact that has aged, a sentence that is wrong. We can fix those quickly, and we want to hear about them. What we cannot do is look up an order, contact a seller or speed up a parcel.

Contacting CNFans during the maintenance period
While cnfans.com shows its maintenance letter, the account pages and help centre cannot be reached. The letter itself names one route for questions about orders: the support email [email protected]. That is the address we would use, and the only one we can point you to with confidence.
Make the message easy to act on. Give your account email or user name, the order number if you have it, the item number from the listing, and one clear sentence about what you need. Attach screenshots you saved earlier, such as the order page or the warehouse photos. Keep a copy of what you send and note the date.
Expect a wait. The letter asks for patience and gives no reopening date, and a support team handling a site-wide outage is likely to be busy. We will update this page when the site returns.

Ten quick answers for newcomers
Questions frequently asked by people new to agent buying, answered as briefly and honestly as we can. Several answers link to the page that covers the topic in depth.
Is this site run by CNFans?
No. CNFans Spreadsheet Field Marks is an independent guide with no tie to CNFans: it takes no orders, holds no payments and has no view of your account. For anything about an order, contact CNFans through the email printed in its maintenance letter.
Can I order through CNFans right now?
Not through its website. Since 10 October 2026 every page of cnfans.com has shown a maintenance letter with no reopening date, and it was still there on 20 October. You can still browse the catalogue, read listings and build field cards, so your order is ready when the shop returns.
Why do the catalogue links carry a tag at the end?
The tag tells the catalogue which page of this site a visit came from, so we can see which pages are useful. It does not change prices or what you can buy. The CNFans link carries a similar tag, and after the shop returns it will carry a referral code.
Does the price on a card include shipping?
No. It is the item price in yuan, usually the cheapest option on the listing, as of the day the card was refreshed. Delivery inside China, any agent charges, the international line and import charges all come on top.
What does the number after w- in a card address mean?
It is the item number of the Weidian listing behind the card. Quoting it is the most precise way to tell an agent, or us, which listing you mean.
Why does the colour in the warehouse photo look different?
Warehouse photos are taken under room lights with little editing, while covers are lit and retouched. Compare the warehouse photo with the small option photo on the listing rather than with the cover, and ask for a shot next to something white if you are unsure.
Is a particular seller safe to buy from?
We cannot vouch for any seller. The seller page explains the public signals worth reading, such as the sales count, dispatch promise, badges and what else the shop sells, and the signs that should send you elsewhere.
Do you check the quality of items?
No. Nobody on this site handles goods. The agent photographs your item when it reaches the warehouse; those photos, read against your field card, are the quality check.
Which shipping line is cheapest?
It depends on the packed weight and size of your parcel, your country and the goods inside, and line prices change often. Compare the lines offered for your parcel on the day you pay; the lines and weight page explains what drives the price.
Where is the CNFans warehouse?
In China, according to the CNFans pages we saved in August 2026. They did not give a city or a street address, so we do not either.

Telling this site about an error
When a card differs from its destination, keep the page URL, the selected option and a dated screenshot. Use the live seller record before paying. No verified editorial inbox is currently published here; Revisions records site changes.
Every message is read, and mistakes we can confirm are corrected in the following rebuild, adding a line to the revision history when the change affects a fact. We do not publish your name or email, and we do not reply with sales messages.
Please do not send order details, account passwords or payment information. We cannot use them, and they should only ever go to the agent.
