CNFans Spreadsheet revision history and review dates
A guide like this goes stale in predictable places. This page records when the site changed, lists the facts with the shortest shelf life, and describes the checks we run before each review, so you can weigh any page on the day you read it.

The rebuild of this site, autumn 2026
20 October 2026. The site was rebuilt from scratch around one idea, reading the field marks of a catalogue find, and the earlier pages on this domain were retired rather than edited. Everything was rewritten: sixteen catalogue aisles with real photos and three marks each, a field card builder covering twelve aisles, five annotated plates of real listings, and pages on CNFans, warehouse photos, costs, lines, sellers and cautions.
The same day we requested cnfans.com and found the maintenance letter still in place, counted the cards on every aisle, ran field-mark searches for the counts quoted on several pages, read the public option menus of eight listings used as examples, and opened two listings and their shop pages without logging in. Every dated fact on the site comes from that work or from the saved CNFans pages of 23 August 2026.
Earlier versions of this domain carried different content that we do not stand behind; none of it was carried over.

Facts with an expiry date

Short shelf life
The CNFans site status changes without warning and is rechecked at every rebuild. Aisle card counts and search result counts move daily; we quote them to show proportions, not as figures to rely on. Listing prices and option menus can change whenever a seller edits a listing, so the examples on our listing and cost pages are true for 20 October 2026 and should be reread on the listing itself.
Longer shelf life
The saved CNFans pages of 23 August 2026 will not change, but what they describe may have; when the site returns we will compare the new pages with the saved ones and note any differences. The method pages, on reading photos, sellers, warehouse checks, volumetric weight and consolidation, describe how agent buying works in general and age slowly. We still reread them at every review, because a method page can be wrong in a way no date reveals.
The five checks behind every review
- cnfans.com: request the front page and three inner paths, compare the visible text with the last saved letter, and rewrite every status line if the shop is back.
- Links: request every outbound link on the site, including all aisle and search links, and replace any that fail.
- Counts: reread the aisle counts and search counts quoted on the pages and redate them.
- Examples: reopen the example listings, compare menus and prices with what the pages say, and update or replace them.
- Wording: reread each page for claims that have aged, and log any change of fact on this page.
This log records dated site reviews. A dated example remains a snapshot: verify the current listing, service terms or tracking record before using it for a new purchase.
