CNFans Spreadsheet Field Marks

Using CNFans and the CNFans Spreadsheet together, stage by stage

Historical CNFans tutorial: nine steps and original screens, verified on 23 September 2026. The official site still displayed a maintenance notice on 21 October. Check account availability and current terms before purchasing; old prices, promotions and allowances visible in the images are not today’s offer.

Nine CNFans steps, with a chore jacket as the worked example. The listing notes and option-menu observations are dated 20 October 2026; the agent screens below are historical official tutorial material. Keep your field card alongside both.

Step 1. Search the product link

Open the original seller listing, copy its product URL and search that link on CNFans. The historical official tutorial begins with this input; a spreadsheet card or category URL is only a discovery aid. Check that the imported product is the one you intended.

The historical instructions name Taobao and 1688. A listing found on another marketplace is not proof that CNFans currently accepts it. Confirm platform and product eligibility before paying.

Open the aisle, find a card whose photo matches what you want, and before clicking anything write four things down: the item number, the marks you can see, the card price, and which variant in the photo you are after. The item number is the digits after w- in the card's address. For our jacket that is 7511712281.

The marks come straight from the cover. This one shows three jackets laid in a fan on a wooden floor: a stone-coloured one in front, a tan one in the middle and a black one behind, each with a darker cord collar, a single welt pocket on the chest, two slanted hand pockets and a zip front. The card price in our September snapshot was ¥275.00.

Writing this down feels slow the first time. It is the step that lets you notice, three weeks later, that the jacket in the warehouse photo has patch pockets instead of slanted ones.

Step 2. Select specifications and submit

Choose the exact colour, size, version and quantity, then add the item to the cart or submit it for purchase. Compare the order summary with the seller menu, including the chosen option price, domestic delivery and any requested extra service.

The video frame shows the review stage after selection, not a demonstration of every option menu. Save the option text and a reference image; a cover containing several products does not order all of them.

The listing's option menu decides what the seller packs, so this is where the notes from stage one earn their keep. For item 7511712281 the menu, read without logging in, has two parts. One is headed 尺码 (size) and offers S, M, L and XL. The other is headed simply 1, and its choices are 1, 2 and 3, each with a small photo.

Those numbers are colours, and their order does not follow the cover. Option 1 is the tan jacket, option 2 the black and option 3 the stone, while the cover runs stone, tan, black from front to back. Anyone who asked for the first one would get a different jacket depending on which picture they meant. The option photos were also shot in a different place, on a paper backdrop in patchy sunlight, so the tan looks lighter there than on the wooden floor.

All twelve combinations of size and colour cost the same, ¥275.00, matching the card. That is not always so; when options carry different prices the card shows the cheapest, a pattern we found on all four listings we read that had more than one price.

Step 3. Pay for the goods and domestic delivery

The first payment funds the selected goods and the seller’s delivery to the Chinese warehouse, together with charges disclosed for that order. It excludes international shipping. Check destination, payment method, currency, conversion and fee details before confirming.

Keep the order number and payment record. Submitted or Payment Pending is not proof of a completed payment; check the resulting order status before paying again. Historical payment logos and amounts are examples, not current availability or a quotation.

Step 4. The agent accepts the order and purchases

After payment, CNFans accepts the request and purchases from the seller. Check the order’s progress in Orders and read any message about stock, option changes or additional charges. A paid request and a completed seller purchase are different stages.

If the selected option is unavailable, ask for the proposed replacement or cancellation terms before agreeing. Keep the exact replacement specification, refund amount, any retained fee and the refund destination in the order record.

Purchase and warehouse

Step 5. The seller sends the goods to the warehouse

After purchase, the seller dispatches the item to a CNFans warehouse in China. This is domestic transport, not the international parcel to your address. A purchase confirmation does not prove dispatch, and a courier delivery scan does not prove the item has finished warehouse processing.

Check the seller’s dispatch estimate and the order update. If progress stops, use the item and order numbers to ask which hand-off is outstanding. Avoid setting a guaranteed arrival date from a different buyer’s order.

Purchase and warehouse

Step 6. Inspect the arrival photos and Warehouse record

The official sequence next places inspection and warehousing after receipt. Open Warehouse and the available QC photos, then compare the actual item with the saved option, quantity, size label and requested details. Check the item record and any storage deadline.

Request a specific missing view or measurement if needed, confirming its availability and charge first. Resolve discrepancies before international dispatch where possible. QC photographs do not prove authenticity, hidden performance or a right to a free return.

Once the seller's parcel reaches the CNFans warehouse, its arrival photos appear in your account. Put them next to your notes from stage one and go through the marks one by one: is the collar cord and darker than the body, is there one welt pocket on the chest, are the hand pockets slanted, is the zip centred and straight? Then check the option: tan, not the stone or the black, and an L on the size label.

Next look for what photos are good at showing: stains, pulled threads, a crooked seam, a missing button or puller. Measurements are worth asking for on anything fitted; compare them with the seller's chart, not with your memory of another brand. Our warehouse photo guide explains how to read colour under room light, which is where most disagreements start.

Step 7. Select warehouse items and request outbound shipping

In Warehouse, select the eligible items you want sent together and submit the outbound shipping request. Check the recipient, contents, packing choices and the shipping method offered. In the archived guide this request comes before choosing the route and paying international freight.

Resolve expired storage, incomplete checks or other eligibility warnings first. A ticked item is not automatically ready to ship. Compare combining and separating items; extra bulk or restricted contents can change which routes are available.

Step 8. Choose the route and pay international shipping

After the outbound request, choose an available logistics route and pay its shipping charge. Check destination coverage, permitted contents, charging weight, dimensions, packing services and any disclosed additional charges. Save the selected quote and payment record.

Follow the account’s stated weighing, packing and settlement procedure: a prepaid estimate may require a later adjustment, while other options use a confirmed quote. Do not treat the goods payment, a cost calculator or the historical amount in the video as the final international bill.

Step 9. Follow dispatch in Parcels and check delivery

After dispatch, open Parcels for the shipment record and tracking. Keep the parcel number and carrier tracking number with the order list. An outbound request or a paid shipping bill is not, by itself, evidence that the carrier has collected the box.

Follow the carrier’s scans and any delivery or import-charge notice through its official channels. On arrival, photograph the parcel and compare contents with the order and warehouse records. Report a discrepancy promptly under the applicable claim terms, keeping packaging and evidence.

Where newcomers' orders tend to jam

  1. Option choice: save the exact variant label and reference photo.
  2. Seller dispatch: ask what is missing before accepting a substitute.
  3. Warehouse photos: request the angle or measurement that settles the doubt.
  4. Parcel and line: check eligible contents, dimensions and the final quote.

Before the money moves

An option mismatch can start with a colour name or number copied from the wrong picture. Another risk is a stale catalogue card: the listing can change after the card was refreshed, and stock can change after payment. If the seller cannot supply your choice, ask the agent to confirm the cancellation or replacement terms and the refund destination.

While it travels inside China

Sellers ship at their own pace, and a stretch of silence after you pay is normal. Delays matter mostly because your other items wait in the warehouse for the slowest one. If one order drags on, it is often better to ship what has arrived and leave the laggard for a later parcel.

At the warehouse and beyond

Arrival photos sometimes show a flaw, a wrong size label or a shade near the one ordered but not the same. Decide quickly and in writing. Later jams are about the parcel itself: a line that refuses a battery, a box that bills by volume, or import charges you had not budgeted for. Each of those is easier to handle before you pay for shipping than after.

Turn the option menu into a short hand-off note

The archived CNFans field asked for a product link or name, or a shop link. A product name may lead to several results; the exact item link and selected option make your intention clearer. Preserve the seller’s numbered or Chinese colour label rather than replacing it with a colour you think it means.

For the jacket example on this page, a field card should contain the listing number, the seller’s option label, size, quantity and the one measurement that matters. Write “Option 1 (tan), size L, quantity 1; please ask before replacing with another option.” The number 1 is meaningful only on that particular listing, not across another seller’s shop.

When the item reaches the warehouse, compare the same notes with the actual label and photographs. If a mark is hidden by the pose, ask for a clearer angle instead of marking the item wrong. The photo guide explains how to separate a missing view from a mismatch.
