CNFans Spreadsheet record of official notices and buyer reports
This page logs what CNFans has announced, as far as we have been able to see it, and what buyers say about it in public. Each entry carries the date we saw it and a plain note of what we could not read. Nothing here is a forecast.

The maintenance letter of October 2026
Starting on 10 October 2026, each page of cnfans.com returned one and the same page, titled Website Maintenance Notice. When we checked again on 20 October, the front page, the sign-up page, the help centre and the estimate page all returned it, and its visible text was identical, character for character, to the copy we saved ten days earlier. Only the surrounding code had changed, which is why we compare the words on the page rather than its file size.
The letter is short. It is written in English with a Chinese version under each paragraph; it apologises for the disruption, thanks customers for their patience, and directs questions about orders to a support email. It names no date for reopening, does not say what happens to orders or balances in the meantime, and does not mention fees or policies.
We will recheck the site at every rebuild and update this entry, the home page and the CNFans page on the same day if anything changes.

The postal-route notice seen in July 2026
A 5 July 2026 screenshot of the CNFans home page captures a scrolling announcement headed Notice: Suspension of Postal Routes to EU Destinations
. That headline is all we have. The body of the notice was not captured, so we do not know which postal lines it covered, whether courier lines were affected, why the routes were suspended or whether they have since reopened.
What it means for a buyer in the European Union is a question to ask, not an answer to assume. When cnfans.com is back, check which lines are offered for your country before you start a parcel, and read the line details rather than relying on a line name you have used before. Routes change, so a line that worked last year is not proof that it works now.
We will add the full notice here if the site returns with it still published, and remove this entry if it has been withdrawn.

Promotions: none we can date
We list a promotion only when we can show when it started, when it ends and what its terms are. For CNFans we have none that meet that bar. The saved home page from August 2026 showed a panel about member benefits, but its terms were not on the page, and the site has shown only its maintenance letter since 10 October. Anything we wrote about it would be guesswork.
Two things are easy to mistake for CNFans promotions. Marketplace listings often show a coupon banner to visitors (both Weidian listings we opened on 20 October offered a ¥100 instant coupon); that is the marketplace's offer, not evidence that the agent can redeem it or that its quotation includes the saving. Confirm the quoted price for the selected option. And forum posts quoting codes or percentages are hard to date and harder to verify.
When CNFans publishes a dated promotion again, we will add it here with its dates and a link.

Reddit threads and YouTube uploads about CNFans
On 10 October 2026 we gathered public YouTube results for searches about CNFans and recorded the titles and upload dates. Ordering and shipping tutorials appear from September 2024, with the most recent we found uploaded in January 2026; there are also haul videos and a February 2025 upload about cutting shipping costs. We read titles and dates only and did not watch the videos, so we draw no conclusions from their content. Some titles framed buying in ways this site will not repeat, and we left those out.
Reddit refused our requests that day, so we cannot summarise what its CNFans threads say. If you read community posts yourself, weigh them the way you would weigh a listing: note the date, the buyer's country and the line used, look for photos rather than adjectives, and remember that a post written before October 2026 describes a site that was open.
